I canceled mine, sent a bunch of feedback(Not good). I spent $112 on collectors edition and went through, "We're emailing it" over and over and I'm never ordering from here again and best buy found a good way to de-face themselves with their online and in store system. Look how many people are frustrated through this. I'm just disappointed and almost at a silver membership I'll promise won't happen anymore. Good luck to anyone else who actually gets it. Especially when they DID say "E-mailed upon purchase" what a joke.. I'm so disappointed.

I'm with you, this is ridiculous, I have waited  8 days and it closes in 4, this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Hi BestBuy,

I pre-ordered mine about a week before release and got it same day as release.  At that time though.. the pre-order bonus had changed from a beta-key to a gift card but I don't know where mine is??  In the shipping box that the game came in with all the fuzz, there was nothing else, just my copy of Starcraft 2. 

Can you please clarify where my gift card is?  I entered my rewards card number in when making the order online, should it be attached to my Reward Zone account then?
