[edit 5/24] I was informed on 5/18 by our gaming merchants that it was an agreement with Blizzard by all retailers to end the promotion by end of day 5/17/2010. If your order is dated 5/18 or after we are not able to supply with a beta code. Thanks for your understanding!

Second thing: I have now responded to everyone that has reached out to me about the Starcraft II cancellation through all the channels we have available. So check your inboxes and if you do not have your digital coupon code at the email address you registered in your BestBuy.com order then let me know. Most likely I will be reaching out to you again on Monday when I am back in the office. We'll try to get your code to you ASAP so you can order before Tuesday's release.

Sent the PM, same issue, beta key already in use. Hope it is fixed soon, otherwise I will cancel and just pre-order from Blizzard closer to launch.

Same problem here. Pre-Ordered it today. I never have had any problems with online ordering on Best Buy of any sort until today. :C

I also contacted Blizzard and I must say they were of no help at all. Basically accused me of pirating a beta key. I love Blizzard games but their support is a bit lacking.

I purchased the Starcraft 2 game online on Friday (5/8) evening and did not receive a beta key. I called customer support on Saturday and was told that I would have one emailed by Monday at 5pm at the latest. Now it is Monday (5/10) evening and still no beta key, not even a email saying that something is being looked into, so I called customer service again and was told that it can take up to 17 business days to receive it!!!! What the heck is going on? The advertisement said "emailed upon purchase" not "emailed 17 business days later after you call customer service a few times." Frankly, I don't see why I should not just cancel my order and get it from somewhere else, because other online game stores are offering the same promotion and price, without this ridiculous run around. Please do something to at least let me know that this is being fixed in a reasonable amount of time or I will take my business elsewhere.

I contacted them too and they only told me to contact Josh-BBY.
But they did take 4 days to get back to me.
