I purchased my Collector's Edition and was given a code at the time of purchase.  When I went to try and register it and was told on the main swtor site, that it was already used.  Now I called Best Buy's customer service the very next day to talk to them.  They opened up a case on it, saying they'd get it corrected.  I waited a while never heard anything from them.  Now here's the delima, I've paid for this, but I have no code and the time for the early access is growing very close, like little over 2 weeks from now.  I called them back and got nowhere and I'm really starting to get a bit frustrated and I understand this is one of the biggest selling games out right now that is very close to release.  Having been in the beta with it for a while I can understand why.  I need to get my code and get it registered before too long or it'll be too late and I'll miss out on the early access.  Which would make the pre-ordering of it a waste almost.

I was told by a member of the store where I purchased it to come here and see if there was a staff member here that could find a way or give me information on how I can proceed to get this issue resolved.  So here I am, I hope there is something someone can do.  I really would appreciate it.

I sent it to where he said Friday. but the comments saying it takes around 5 days makes me feel a little better. Makes me not feel like I've been ignored lol.

I preordered the collector's edition, and the whole reason I preordered was for the Lightsaber crystal, so I REALLY want to get my code soon. the 5 days early thing is just a bonus for me, but the Lightsaber crystal is essentail.

I'm really worried. I ordered the Collector's edition and I really want my code. I was part of the beta test and this is an awesome game. I would love early access and if I got the chance. I followed the instructions and still haven't my code. I really hope that I get my code soon. Please!

Guys, easiest way to get it resolved is to call 888-BEST-BUY. You may have to wait 15mins to talk to someone but its better than waiting a week with NO REPLY! Called, got my code it worked. Out

Had the same problem with it. Called up BestBuy at the toll-free number and was on the phone for about an hour and a half with 3 different bounces. Was told if I was D/Ced to specifically ask for the Gaming Department (which you should do the moment you get to a person if it's NOT in this department). Did this at 11pm EST, off the phone by 12:30pm with a code that worked. Had a number of nice support analysts and they helped me right through.

ITS A TRICK GUYS EVERYONE CANCEL YOUR ORDERS THEY RAN OUT OF CE CODES AN THEY ARE PASSING OUT RANDOM BULL. QUICKLY DO IT BEFORE ITS TO LATE THEY ARE JUS TRYING TO STALL FOR TIME TILL ITS THE 20th OF DEC. THEY WILL GIVE YOU STANDARD CODES AN IMPLY THEY ARE CE.

Can it and stop trying to scare people into cancelling their preorders so you can get yours. I got my code perfectly fine and entered it as the CE, and just to prove it here's a screen capture from my account per-order status.

Though you'll probably rebuke that, too. "It's not your screen!" "It's not your account!" "It's been 'shopped!"...

I also got a CE code confirmed by SWTOR.com when I redeemed it
