Look on page 56 of this thread and look at the top for the Best Buy moderator comment in yellow. He provides a link to click on to private-message the correct group along with a list of information they need.
It won't resolve it quickly, but FYI if you' re looking to comply with their process.

As I typed a reply to the previous poster I received my private message from Best Buy. I received a code and was able to successfully redeem it.
You have successfully redeemed the following code: xxxx
I submitted my message to Gaming-BBY 2 days ago. Looks like they are slowly clearing the backlog.

To update those of you who may have chimed recently on this thread, if you are having issues with your SWTOR code we would be happy to research the situation if you would send us the following information via private message to our Gaming-BBY inbox:
Message Subject: Game Title
Message Body: Include...
We will then be able to investigate why you may not have received your code or why the one you received did not work and get back to you as quickly as possible. Please note that any unsolicited private messages sent to Moderators for this issue will be ignored in an effort to assist everyone promptly and in the proper order. Also, sending multiple private messages does not increase response time.

All I can say is dont give up. We finally got our codes after four days of calls and PM's. We finally received answers to our PMs and the new codes worked! So our suggestion to everyone is to PM them and just wait, it may take them up to 24 hours, but they seem to respond faster and with workable codes through the PMs. Good luck to all and thank you best buy for finally getting us working codes.

ok...Private messaged (PM'ed) them per the instructions in the moderator posting on page 56 about 2 days ago... Just got back a pm with a new code that worked! Happy now! Took me about 2 days to get it resolved but the PM thing works....good luck folks....
