It would seem that it is high time that we heard something more official from Best Buy on this matter. Everyone here has spent their hard earned money on a product and we deserve to hear something direct versus all this internet speculation.

Just cancle that sh$t and go somewhere else with your money. Thats what I did about an hour ago.  Best Buy could care less if you get a code or not they just want the sale so show them what you think with your money.

Best buy is listed as an authorized preorder center on the website ... by use of their name they SHOULD be held to the standards of both EA and BW on this and personally I hope EA / BW/ Lucas Arts Sues Best buy over this for breach of contract

Best Buy is still selling the collector's edition. I wonder if that means everyone's too smart to order from Best Buy or if Best Buy is selling a product they won't have enough of when the game comes out.
