I've also bought the Deluxe CE and have a non working code. I sent in through the gaming-bby support channel and hope to have a response soon.

Apparently someone has moved my posting into this thread. It really shouldn't be in this thread. If customer service actually took the time to read what my issue is then it could get solved very easily. But now the buck gets passed to whoever is incharge of this thread. So I am going to need you to go back and read my three other posts that have been intergraded here and figure out what you are going to do for me.

CONFIRMED 14 NOV 11 - Ordered, recieved code, did not work, tried advice on site here to cancel order / reordered, new code still didn't work. Contacted BB support 800 number, they gave me the same information stated here before that EA Code's batch are a known issue and if i dont recieve a code in 2 days i should contact them again with my case number, but that it could take a couple of weeks as they are working to secure more preorder codes.

First and last time I pre-order through BB. I can understand that the codes are Bioware's problem, but the complete lack of communication and the fact that you still advertise this feature as still available without knowing for sure you can provide the code before launch is ridiculous. Unfortunately the only place I could preorder the Collectors Edition that had any left was my local BB.

Best Buy Customer Support totally blows when it comes to resolving this issue. I've had a claim in for four weeks now with no results. When I tried to get an update on my claim a couple of days ago, the first attempt I was transfered around until I was finally sent to corporate for some reason. They were of course closed on the weekend. The second attempt I was transferred around until I was disconnected by the operator. Finally on the third attempt I was able to talk to someone who could actually look up my claim number and give me a status, not that it did any good. She said they pre-order codes where given out on a first come first served basis as they were recieved from BioWare but she couldn't tell me where I was on 'the list' or when the next batch of codes would be arriving.
THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERICENCE OF MY LIFE.
Fortunately I found the post on page 22 of this thread from Evyn. I followed the instructions and just got my new code today after having submitted my request 2 days ago. BB would be doing their customers a favor by having them follow these instructions rather than telling them to wait and hope they win the pre-order code lottery before the game is released.
Thanks Evyn!
Suck it BB Customer Support!
