To those who may find this helpful...
I saw someone else this week who just kept contacting BioWare support to get their key (they had ordered a BB CE).
I tried the same thing today. You just have to keep pressuring them, I had BioWare make a replacement CE key for me today by giving them the following:
1.) Address of the local store where I reserved my copy of the CE for pickup (even though I placed online, I made a local store my pickup location).
2.) .PDF copies of my 2 emails from Best Buy (the Order Confirmation page and the pre-order code)
3.) Explanation that I was owed the code, no matter where it came from.
My situation was a little odd though, because earlier I was worried about having my early access locked in, so I also bought a standard edition from Origin.com which I applied to my account. They saw a pre-order on there already when I entered my ticket and explained that there was no different between the standard and CE versions of the early access. I said, yes, I understand that, but it's still my right to have 2 keys since I've paid for 2 copies and deserve 2 keys. They finally confirmed the details and gave me the key.
Hope that helps. I'd forget about BB. I've already gotten nowhere with them, I'm just worried now I won't have a CE version available when it releases. God forbid. I'm going to show up early to the store and hopefully not be one of the ones who gets shut out.

Hello, I recently pre-ordered SWTOR In-store at a local Best Buy and was sent the Bonus early access beta key as per the offer. When I went to register the code on the official website it said the code was already in use. After reading some of these problems on the forums it looks like this is extremely common from ppl who preordered from Best Buy. Can I please be sent a new code? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for reaching out to us about your Star Wars beta code not working. After doing some research, it's my understanding our Gaming Support Team should be able to help you get a new code. You can do this by calling 888-BEST-BUY (237-8289). I apologize I am unable to assist you here, but give them a call and they should be able to help you. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to reply and I'll do my best to answer them.

Don't hold your breath for Gaming Support to help you. I've been waiting for my code since I ordered the first week of August. It's been nothing more than a run-around. Numerous calls. They've even had me call Bioware. I only waited on hold for an hour on that call.
Turns out the cashier sent it to the wrong email address, WHICH IS PROBABLY INVALID.
You'd think the bounced back email would be enough, but apparently it's impossible for someone to check that or the BB sent email to confirm.

The first time I pre-ordered this game the cashier didnt even scan the bonus code, went back to get it taken care of and received an invalid code. Yes I called game support and was told Bioware only sends a certain amount out at a time to Best Buy yet an overwhelming amount of complaints I see about invalid codes. What's going on? are they not active yet? should you not be giving them out yet? I was told pretty much "We'll email you when Bioware sends us more codes." What is the point of pre-ordering a game from your business when you send out fraudulent codes -being the only incentive to preoder right now- to your paying customers? I've never used Best Buy to pre-order anything before and I'm starting to wish I kept it that way.

If you read this, I had a similar problem where I didn't recieve one code and the other was in use. Just cotact the people at SWTOR.com through their help email thing. At one point they'll ask you for a picture or scan of your code that came in the email, and if it goes to the right person, they'll ask for your reciept, and for the address of the BB which you ordered from. If you have all of that, then it should get taken care of. BTW, it only took a day for me to get my replacement, and that includes sending my first email, to my last.

I want my code, messaged a admin on this site for i wouldnt have to post but it seems that im not getting a response soo, I'd like to recieve the code my story is just like the rest of the people on here so im not gonna explain it frustrating i even have to come to this point to start a bestbuy account and make a post to get something i paid for...
Im a kind a person who likes to use cash so amazon.com is not a real option and ive never had a problem with bestbuy so im hoping not to have my first one so if anyone would like to help me that would be great!
