I'm very curious now as to what it was the rep on the phone was talking about. Since she made a case for he story that the maps werent sent to Bestbuy yet, and would be distributed to us as soon as they were received... does this mean I was LIED to by a Bestbuy rep? Do customer service agents have a habit of making up stories to appease customers and get them off the phone?? OR is there actually a cloth map coming?

They probably lied. Most retailers offered this "preorder bonus" and from what I can tell they all sent out the same premium map that was already in the box.
Now I'm curious what that gaming rep did to make it up to you. I'm not so angry about that map, but if I can get something free out of it I can put up a convincing argument.
