Today I tried to order a copy of Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City and have it shipped to my Forward Operating Base in Afghanistan.  However, whenever I type in the APO address (using the instructions provided on the website) it tells me that the address is not recognized.  Eventually, it gives me a check box that lets me get to the next screen, but when I get there it says that there are no shippings methods for my address.  I spent some time in a chat with customer service, but they weren't able to help me.  Has anyone else had a similar problem?  Does Best Buy just not ship video games to APO addresses?  The online rep suggested I call customer service but I won't be able to do that for a few days.

Placing a video game order to be shipped to your APO address shouldn't be a problem. I'm not sure why you are unable to complete the transaction, unless for some reason you're inputting it incorrectly. But seeming as how you've explained that you're following the instructions, I doubt that's the case either. At any rate, I'd love to see if I can assist, so I'm sending you a private message. You can view private messages by logging into your account and selecting the letter icon.

I'm experiencing the same issue.  I chatted with BB help and they had me call the toll free number.  After some research I was told that Best Buy is no longer shipping ANY (I specificially asked) video games APO.  Sounds like as of this posting you should probably be looking elsewhere to buy.

I'm confused why you couldn't get your video game order shipped to an APO address. Was/is the video game you wanted a Marketplace Item? Marketplace items are not able to be shipped to APO addresses.
