Hello Everyone –
I can appreciate your desire to know more of the specifics surrounding this delay, but detailing our internal business operations is not something we’re able to do here. For further updates on your orders and their status, we recommend keeping a close eye on your inbox for updates via email.

These non-answers are pretty infuriating and somewhat insulting. Internal business operations? Someone there just made a mistake and no one is owning up to it. Every single competitor of yours AND the publisher of the game itself say that the game is available now, but Best Buy can't sell it to us (or fulfill a fully paid-off order).
Unless the aforementioned email updates are about a free copy of the game for everyone inconvenienced, I don't see that as a solution. The real solution is canceling our orders and going to another store TODAY to buy a game that we should have been playing yesterday.

That is exactly my experience too except that I saw all of their copies in-person, so I know they are available in-store. The employees just aren't able to do their job of giving it to customers because the glitch in the system won't let them. Crappy situation for the in-store employees as well.

So the only answer is that there's an explanation but you can tell us? Why would you push a release back so that you can not only lose business to literally all of your competitors, but also lose business as you're releasing it the same day as this game's biggest competitor itself?
I could cancel my order right now and purchase it Walmart, Gamestop, Target, etc. I could even buy the digital copy from the Nintendo eshop. Your non-answers are basically telling me that you guys don't care because this is such a small title and can justify the small loss of business as a result.
Whatever. I'm starting to wonder if 20% is worth dealing with this company anymore.
well with BB ending GCU not gonna have to worry about dealing with them just to save 20%.
