here's how horrible best buy is with resolving issues:
i pre-order a game without receiving a pre-order bonus code (happened with 4/5 games)
i email bb-gaming and they send me a code which has been redeemed already by someone else.
i tell them the code is no good and they tell me they'll get back to me about it.
after a couple of days, they email me back telling me to contact the software company about this issue.
in other words, they're too incompetent and lazy to send me a working code.
let me say this, the problems best buy is having with the pre-order bonuses are beyond absurd.
how a large business fails this miserably at a simple task that a store much smaller like gamestop has no issues with is completely insane.
this experience has completely turned me away from EVER shopping with best buy again.
i think i can speak for hundreds of customers who had the same experience.

Thanks for your patience and I'm happy to see that I personally sent messages to a lot of you regarding your preorder bonus. I encourage you to continue to hang in there as we are continuing to make progress in the Gaming-BBY inbox. As tempting as it may be, please try not to send us duplicate messages. We will read all of the messages and work with you all on an individual basis to get a resolution.

Hi Mariel, I know you're doing your best and this isn't really your fault, but it's just really bad on Best Buy's part. With knowing how many items are pre-ordered and having a release date, how is it that no one ensure's that there's enough codes for distribution and a proper delivery system?
Anyway, I hope I get my code sometime soon, at least before I put too much time into the game. But seriously, Best Buy continues to disappoint me more and more. The last 2 midnight releases were horrible, only one register and a big group of employees just hanging out talking...and getting paid for it, and now this is just the icing on the cake that just keeps pushing me over to Amazon.com.

I totally agree with you. Its getting really annoying! Oh and I never got any DLC for batman arkham city, battlefield 3, saints 3 or assassins creed. I double checked my info to make sure everything is right and it was and you can forget about calling customer service..and getting stuck with some arab that is hard to understand over the phone! I don't understand why the da's insist on emailing you the freakin codes when GAMESTOP gives them to you on the receipt when you purchase the game. I'm fed up with this and I hate to say it..but Im taking my business back to gamestop.

I'm feeling the same way. I get no Saints Row 3 Pre-order DLC password. Then I get an email for Assassin's Creed Revelations that does NOT have 25 characters as required by Xbox Live. This sucks!

It really does, and its not just us thats having these problems..my friends are having the same problems. We shouldnt have to do this, BB should take care of this for us..I really don't want to but going back to gamestop and having the DLC's right then and there doesn't sound all that bad.
