I purchased a Psn code off of best buy.com. Got the email saying you have received my order, so all i had to do is wait for the next email with my code. That was 16 hours ago. I have been on the phone with best buy's "customer service" and a woman heard my situation. She knew my email, because i am a member of this site. She told me she was sending the information over to someone who could send me a code. That was 2 hours ago. I have no idea if my $50 is in limbo somewhere or if this is just the longest transaction ever.

I'm in the same boat as you, and I am positive that I won't return to Best Buy after this! I've tried customer support as well, and I'm still not receiving my code. This is so irritating!!

Thanks for posting your concern about not receiving your codes as quickly as you would hope. While we shoot for as quick of a turnaround time as possible, sometimes it can take about 24-48 hours for the order to completely process, then be sent to you via email.
