As for how to get the board, I would imagine that you would select the add code option on the main menu. Do you know what your e-mail was titled for the pre-order confirmation? I will look in my mail for that to see if i received that confirmation.

I am relatively certain that I was never asked for an email, or atleast stated it was mandatory, at the time of preordering this game. I have always preordered my games from Gamestop and never had an issue. The only reason I got this game from you guys was because I recieved a giftcard for Christmas. So far this is not encouraging me to preorder games from your store anymore. Can those of us that have posted here multiple time please get a response from an admin.

Just a reminder, if you are seeking assistance with your SSX pre-order code feel free to send us the following information via private message to our Gaming-BBY inbox:
Message Subject: Game Title & Platform
Message Body: Include...
• Proof of purchase (Customer Service PIN from in-store receipt or BestBuy.com order #)
• Email address (the one you provided for the code)
We will then be able to investigate why you may not have received your code or why the one you received did not work and get back to you as quickly as possible.
