Is there a bonus for pre-ordering SSX?  I thought there was a bonus elite skateboard.

You're right! There is a preorder bonus incentive of a level 6 Elite snowboard while utilizing a special snowboard boost during your runs. Hope that helps!

For this particular game your pre-order code should arrive via email shortly after the purchase.  As long as you're email was correct when you bought the game, you should have the code waiting in your inbox!

I didn't get mine either.  I pre-ordered in store, so should I of received a card in store, or should I of also received an e-mail.  I checked both my work and personal e-mail.  I have my registration id if that would help.  I would just need to know who to e-mail, or if there is a known delay currently.

The same thing happened to me today.  I just picked up the game and have no email containing the code.  They also never asked me for one but I assumed it might be attached to my best buy rewards number when I purchased the game.  Seems I was wrong. Can I please get the preorder code sent to my email as well?

I didn't receive a code either.  I received the pre-order confirmation in my email, and the notice it would be ready to be picked up, so I assume they've got my email address correct.  

(And yes, I've checked my spam filter.)  

Maybe I'm being too impatient, but it sounds like some people have received theirs.  I've never really pre-ordered a game and been eligible for downloadable content, so I'm not sure how patient I'm supposed to be.  

How fast does it normally come?
