I pre-ordered Rocksmith and found no codes for the pedals in the box or game packaging. The details say that the pedal & guitar codes are in the packaging and the song codes will be emailed. Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem. No codes in the best buy box or inside the game, and no codes on either the preorder or the purchase receipts.

we're supposed to get the pedals and a couple extra songs, but i don't see anything.

Nothing here either. This isn't the first time they've screwed up a pre-order bonus. Had the same issue with Fable 3. Hope this one is cleared up faster than that one was.

Even the case says "exclusive edition" and includes 3 pedals and guitar.

I found em. You gotta unlock at least one set of authentic pedals/amps first by scoring higher than the bar on a song. Then go to the amps by pressing x (on xbox at least). There u can add the bestbuy pedals by customizing the pedals. The 3 bestbuy ones will have bestbuy written on em.

No news on the songs tho.

Yeah unlocked the guitar, so I just need to figure out how far I have to go to unlock the pedals, or at least the tone setup.

I unlocked the guitar also. On another forum someone said they call Best Buy and they emailed him the song codes.

It seems that this problem with codes doesn't seem important enough for a Best Buy Rep to respond to like the Batman topics.

I'll start another for the song code e-mail.
