So I bought a game, I played a little bit of the game and realized how bad the game was with in 24 hours and I would like to take it back and get a different game of the same price, could i do that?

However you can trade it in in store or at BestBuy.com/Tradein and if you do it in store ask about trade-in value bonus and unlocked bonus. For exsample if it in a new game might not be too bad:
Batman: Arkham City PS3
Trade in value: $25.00
Pre-order Battlefield 3 get 50% more tradein value: $12.50
Gamers Club Unlocked 10% Trade In Bonus: $2.50
$39.87 Gift Card
Now you still loose around $20.00 but can help you get most of it back if you hate a game.

When in doubt...rent a game before buying.

Once a game, DVD, Blu-ray is opened the only thing you can do is exchange it as a defect and get another copy, which they will open. Once you break that seal you own it! Sell it used to Gamestop now its a brand new game and recover most of your money

I would try selling it on eBay first, or at least see what they are going for, and if not that much, check the buy back from Best Buy before Gamestop as Best Buy tends to give more than Gamestop does.
