I asked for NHL 2010 this Christmas and I received NHL 2K10. The game I received does not have a full price tag on it but it has part of one and I do not have a receipt for the game because it was a gift. It is UNOPENED. Is it possible for me to bring it in for a store credit so I can buy NHL 2010?

Hi olie354, 

 

I'm sorry to hear you received the wrong version of the game.  If you received this as a gift, NHL2K10 is unopened and do not have a receipt, store management should have no problem giving you store credit.  As starflyer57 stated, however, it would be a discretionary decision from store management. So you may want to consult with your local store before making a trip, just to make sure there would be no problem.
