The title doesn't make much sense so ill explain it. Basically when I brought call of duty black ops last year wwith the 1 year protection plan to replace it if it breaks. My game got a bunch of rings around the disc but I had the game installed to my hard drive so it still worked. Later on my xbox dvd drive completely broke, and I couldn't play any games. Luckily I had some microsoft points so I brought the game on the marketplace.

So I don't really need the physical disc anymore. I was wondering would it be weird to go and get the broken disc replaced, then trade it in for money? Or should I wait a couple of days after they replace the game then trade it in?

You can exchange then trare in it, although your store can refuse the trade. But I don't hi k they will and they will make money on the resell.
