I am having this issue myself with an order that I placed this morning. I have gotten a couple emails from Best Buy today but nothing from BestBuy.com, whether it was the account verification code emails or the email from my order that was ultimately placed through the chat feature of the site. It appears that Best Buy is having issues so I guess I'd just like to know that is the issue and whether I can get my order email through other means
