I'm hoping I can get some help on this forum. The day before the pre-order bonus was over for Mass Effect 3 I joined Gamers Club Unlocked so I could get the $20 bonus. The next day when the game came out I took my receipt in and picked up the game. When I received the game I asked about the $20, which I was told it would be put on my reward zone. The part I'm having trouble with is activating my Gamers Club Unlock. It appears it's linked not to my Reward Zone account, but my Best Buy.com account. I figured this out because they use different email addresses although I do have my reward zone linked to my bestbuy.com account. Also, in the activation email I was sent, the reward zone number doesn't match mine. When I try to activate it, it just says there's an error. I think I might have given the wrong phone number to link the account when I bought the membership and now I have no idea how to fix it and if I'll still get the $20 bonus. The entire reason I signed up for the membership was to get the bonus and the coupons, but now it seems I might just be out $15 for the membership and another $20 from the game if I can't get it linked right? Any help or suggestions on how I can fix this would be great. I tried reaching out to another Best Buy employee on this forum a couple days ago through direct message, but haven't heard from him yet.

Thank you for joining our Reward Zone Gamer's Club Unlocked program. Once we are able to get things straightened out, I'm sure you will enjoy the added benefits to your Reward Zone account.
While Reward Zone Gamer's Club Unlocked memberships are supposed to be attached to a current Reward Zone account if available, it looks as though the store opened a new account for you. I will work with my Reward Zone partners to see about merging the newly opened account into your current Reward Zone account.
I will let you know just as soon as I hear back. Once we have that straightened out we will determine what needs to be done to ensure you get credit for being a Gamer's Club Unlocked member prior to your Mass Effect 3 pick-up.

Thanks Mike, I really hope we can resolve this. Me and my family have been loyal customers of Best Buy for years and really enjoy our Reward Zone membership. It'll be a shame if we can't link it to our new Gamers Club Unlocked membership.
