Tell me about it we bought the digital download and still cant get anything to work or get beta code. Now i am being told will take 30 to 60 days to get a refund for the digitial download. Which means we loose out on beta access. Its easier to show customer support and issue full refund then keep screwing people over. I will never buy anything from best buy again and will be making it known to everyone the poor service.
