Well im from Brazil and i got these both games as presents.At home (Brazil) both games worked but when I try to use the online pass on FIFA12 it says its invalid or expired.I didnt try with battlefield yet but it will probally have the same problem.I contacted the EA support and they said to contact the retailer because probally they havent activated the pass.

Hey Arthur1,

With both of those titles the online pass was included in your packaging with the game and we actually do not do anything to activate that since the games are sealed.  

You mentioned the games were bought as presents so I'm guessing they were bought in the US since you are writing us here on the Best Buy US Community site, which means the online passes included inside were probably for the US region.  That might explain why they weren't working for you.  What you could try to test this is create a new user account on your PlayStation and set the region to US and see if it lets you redeem them then.

I assume these games were for 360. Xbox codes are regional, PS3 codes are not.

I think I had PS3 on the brain from something else I was reading and just typed that autonomously.  Thanks for the clarification Jimmie!

Actually PSN(PS3/PSP) codes are regional some times even country locked

Ive contacted EA support again and the guy said me to use it on the USA region and it worked.He also said that theres nothing to activate on the store.

Sorry guys but the firt guy from EA that Ive contacted was a dumb ***,and he gave me the wrong information.
