I recieved my order the other day of a $50 prepaid nintendo eShop card. Upon trying to submit it to nintendo and add it to my account I recieved an error after it correctly showed it was a $50 card, but would not allow me to add it to my account. Contacting Nintendo they informed me the card was not activated properly prior to shipping out to me. Calling BB customer support I was told I had to go into the store to rectify, which doesn't sound right. I placed an order to have it ship to my home and avoid having to go to the store, is there any other way to get this rectified so I can add the funds to my account?
I would rather not waste more time having to drive to a best buy store.
