Preordered Mass Effect3 thursday of last week and I have waited for my email, that the guy said I would get in under 30 seconds... I never recived it and with the game coming out soon I want to find out why and what is going on.... Please do help!

you wont get the email untill it ships which isthe day before at night or on the day it comes out because BBY doesn't ship games prior to being released. If you want a game on release date order in store or select ship to store and you will be able to pick it up as soon as the store opens
