I've been trying to Pre-Order Kingdom's of Amalur: Reckoning online and it will not let me choose store pick up.

The game comes out tomorrow and I'd like to be able to start playing it tomorrow and not miss out on the free items that come along with the pre-order. I'm not paying the $4 or whatever it was to ship it, and have to wait days to receive it. Is there any way I can pre-order and get it in store? Is this just a system glitch? Is there anything anyone can do to fix this today? I'd appreciate any help I can get.

I called the store and was told I had to go into the store to pre-order it in order to pick it up in store. That's interesting becase last time I went to the store and tried to do a pre-order the associate told me it's the exact same thing as if you were to do it at home online. So during my break this morning I ran to gamestop and pre-ordered there (since it's closer to me and their pre-order comes with more DLC). I'm a loyal BB fan, but sometimes you just have to go with the competition. Maybe next time BB....

Thanks for posting about the option for in store pick up being grayed out for Kingdom's of Amalur: Reckoning. I apologize for the delay in response, especially since the game has released already!

We were aware that some titles were experiencing some grayed out titles options and it was my understanding that they have been fixed as of now. I am sorry we weren't able to get your business this round, but I appreciate your comments and we do our best to keep the site updated. It's because of you that we can get these things corrected as quickly as possible!
