I wanted to see if anyone could assist me in confirming my preorder is still set to ship. Ive checked my order details and it says my card is still awaiting authorization, i understand this is common for preorder but rather safe than sorry. Also i would like to know when i can expect the transaction to go through and when the preorder will be shipped if possible

Welcome to our forums and thanks for your pre-order. I’ll be happy to answer your pre-order processing questions.
When you pre-order on BestBuy.com we’ll initially authorize your form of payment to verify your information and ensure sufficient funds are available. This results in a temporary authorization hold placed by your bank, which should automatically release a few business days later, returning the funds to an available status on your account. As release day approaches we’ll reauthorize your card triggering another hold. When your order ships, we’ll then charge and collect the funds from your bank.
When the second authorization is processed and when your pre-order ships is affected by a number of variables, so we’re unable to give a specific time frame on when you should see these events occur. That said if your pre-order status is currently “Awaiting Authorization” everything should be processing normally at this point. If you have any other question please feel free to post again.
