i ordered an hour ago a PSN card and received it on my email unfortunately its not working, how it happen?

You using it on a US PSN account.

You Typing it in correctly and capital letters. ( A not a,  0 not O, 1 not I )

If not then you may need to contact sony as to why the code isn't working, Bestbuy can't help you since they don't make the codes

at least they do a solution to this because i bought it to them. 

by the way here is the error "The Prepaid Card code you entered is incorrect or is no longer valid"

At least its a valid code, otherwise it would say (Invalid)
