Hi,

I have purchased PSN online codes at Bestbuy hompage since last year.

But, recently, some of my orders were canceled.

I want to know why this problem happens.

I used Besybuy US Address (for Billing & Shipping).

But some orders were completed, the others were canceled. (I used same billing & shipping address)
