PSN digital delivery didnt get code yet

I bought PSN 50$ digital delivery however I didn't get code yet (15 hours) could you please check for my order, I got last email is about best buy received my order and order status is inprogress until now

Thanks so much for reaching out to us about how you haven’t seen your PlayStation Network code come in yet since you placed it.  I apologize that it has been taking this long, as normally customers see the codes within 15 minutes.

 

Using your email address that you registered with the forums, I did locate you order.  It appears that it is still in processing at the moment.  While most customers see the codes within 15 minutes, in rare instances it may take 24 hours.  If you don’t see it by then, please let me know by sending me a private message via the link in my signature.

I sent PM to you ,  more than 24 hours already my order still saying inprocess and I can't cancel my order ,The system say service temporaly unavaliable.

Hi sean , If I cancel this order , can I get full refund from my credit card? I think it take too long for get the code. Moreover , could you cancel it for me because I can't cancel this order from order status page it show system unavaliable when click cancel. Thank you
