I purchased a Playstation Network Gift Card ($50) on 04/04/12 with order number {Removed per Forum Guidelines} however I have not received the code via email. I checked my junk mail and removed any spam filter that may have prevented me from receiving the code. Would you please help me in obtaining the code? Thanks.

I too am having the same problem its been over 12 hours since I made my order and have yet to get the email.

Same here, except I am waiting much longer than 12 hours. I am disappointed beacause I need the code now.

Under normal circumstances, orders placed on BestBuy.com for digital content can typically be fulfilled within 24 hours. From time to time, however, orders may require additional processing time for payment authorization. This process may result in a significant delay before an impacted order can be fulfilled.
That being said, I’ve had the chance to review both of your accounts and it’s my understanding that your orders have indeed been held for additional payment authorization. Although we do not have a way to expedite this process, rest assured that you will be notified by e-mail as soon as an update is available.
