I have bought a PSN $20 code from here and its been over 24 hours but i've recieved no email with the code yet.
I ordered using a virtual visa card as i am from Australia and im wondering if thats whats causing the problem.. The same email used to create this account is the one i ordered with.
Could i please have this looked into BestBuy?

If it helps i think its because i put in a fake address for the "billing address" section during payment as there was no choice for me to select Australia to input my real address. If this information is required i can give it to you.
