I have a game disc that will not eject.  How can I get it out of the system?

Can you turn on your system? Like can you power it or do you have the yellow light problem? If the system works, hold the eject button for 10 seconds to do a emergency eject. Then again, what system do you have? Phat or Slim?

yellow light thing. held down eject for 10 sec and nothing.  any other ideas?
