Hi. I bought a PS3 160GB on 11/03/11 along with the 2 year replacement plan. My PS3 is been acting up... The video keeps going away. The screen just turn black but I still have audio. This doesn't happen constantly, but I still get it a few times I play. My question is can I return and exchange it using the 30 days return/exchange policy or does it use the 2 year replacement plan? Is the 2 year replacement plan a one time replacement only? It would be a waste if it uses the 2 year replacement plan since I only got the system a few days. Also if I exchange the system, am I able to replace it with a 320GB/Uncharted 3 PS3 Bundle? Its only a 50$ difference and Im willing to pay 50$ to upgrade to that. And will my 2 year replacement plan transfer to that system?

I dont understand. I bought a 2 year service plan from best buy for 50$ and when I asked them about it they said pretty much If anything goes wrong wth the system I could get it exchange at bestbuy. I just wanna know if I return it/exchange it, does it use the 30 day return policy, or the bestbuy 2 year service plan?

Oh ok thank you so much! Im just a little confused about the 2 year protection plan I bought... When I bought my xbox 360 with the plan I was able to exchange it for a new no problem at best buy. Did their plan change?
