It makes me sad to hear this because if it werent for this everytime a preorder would be released BBY would be the best place to shop

Thanks for letting us know what happened with your Vita. This is truly disappointing to hear. It was my understanding that the store should've followed instructions that had been sent to them if they were not going to get enough, or any, inventory from Sony. We needed to hear from them to help them out, and it sounds like now some of our customers are being left without the Vita.
I will let the appropriate business teams know about this, because as I said, we sent out instructions to specifically avoid this kind of let down. I can only hope in the future you will give us another shot. Thank you again for your comments as they are invaluable and important to making us be a better company.
