Man oh man...I should've read this forum before buying something digitally...I bought the digital version of Tera online tonight and after waiting for an hour and a half I finally got the email saying I could download it...but that I had to download an app. So I do and I try to download Tera and guess what? It says download error. I try restarting my computer. No luck. Tried disabling my firewall and still no dice. So now I've paid $50 for a game I can't even download. Why did Best Buy roll out an app that clearly does not work from the number of complaints I've seen on this board? I would appreciate any assistance.

If you’re experiencing difficulties downloading your copy of Tera, then I’d encourage you to try reinstalling the PC App to see if this resolves the problem. You may also want to manually delete the PC App data folder as part of the uninstall process. That folder should be located here:
