Order processing and PC APP

I waited 2 hours and counting for my order to be processed.  If I had known I'd have to wait this long to start downloading I wouldn't have made the purchase.   Also the PC APP says "external error" everytime i try to sign in.  The FAQ says this happens with odd email adresses, but mine is from yahoo.com.  I've sent an email to customer support and have recieved no response as of yet.  Any help would be appreciated, any respone would be appreciated.

Still me, still no response from any of the "customer service" professionals.  How long do I have to wait until I can begin downloading?  Ordered and paid for a game at noon it's now 6 pm and order still says processing, and that I will be emailed when the order is ready.  When will it be ready, it's just a download. 

I also, can't sign in on the PC APP.  Says external error.  Some information please.

Hello nfog,

 

I realize you likely chose the digital download option to get your game in the most timely and convenient fashion so I'm sorry that didn't go quite as you had anticipated.  Although digital downloads are quicker than physical orders, we still need to run it through our filters to make sure everything checks out and that can take a little bit of time.

 

It looks like your order has fulfilled now so you should have received some email notifications instruction on your next steps.  As for the "unexpected error" showing up in PC App, have you tried removing/uninstalling the PC App program and re-installing it?
