Ok i contacted EA as you told me to but they told me the next thing:

Please know that I have checked your provided scan copy and found that it seems to be tempered therefore we would not be able to provide you any replacement code against this one. I would request you to please get in touch with the retailer from where you have purchased the game for any further assistance regarding this issue.
Thats what they told me to get in contact with you for the record i bought the game in the #553 Best Buy in Miami FL but i cant go to the store because im not for USA i just bought the game in a trip
Hope you can help me with this.

Yes, the game was totally new and ea told me that they cant generate codes of a 3rd retailer or something like that they told me to talk with the retailer and i guess its that what you mean of the repacking that BBY does, anyway the codes are missing and i really need a moderator to take care of the problem
