Ok i contacted EA as you told me to but they told me the next thing:

Please know that I have checked your provided scan copy and found that it seems to be tempered therefore we would not be able to provide you any replacement code against this one. I would request you to please get in touch with the retailer from where you have purchased the game for any further assistance regarding this issue. 

Thats what they told me to get in  contact with you for the record i bought the game in the #553 Best Buy in Miami FL but i cant go to the store because im not for USA i just bought the game in a trip

Again did your mom buy it new or used?

If the OP can't check this can a mod see if they can pull this info?

The "tampered" portion COULD be due to the game being repackaging that BBY does (the new UPC sticker).

Yes, the game was totally new and ea told me that they cant generate codes of a 3rd retailer or something like that they told me to talk with the retailer and i guess its that what you mean of the repacking that BBY does, anyway the codes are missing and i really need a moderator to take care of the problem

The Karkand code isn't a 3rd retailer code. Te Karkand was an insert code from EA themselves.

I don't think a mod can take care of this as this isn't a generated code, it is a code that EA packed into the game itself. The game would have to be exchanged in store. Given the circumstances I am wondering if a mod can get a mail in return/exchange.

To reiterate this isn't something that BBY can just generate a code for. EA seems to be trying to skirt the issue completely and it is their responsibility to provide the code for you. Ask them how it was "tampered with". As there is no way they could know that by a scan of an opened game unless your mom bought it used.

If it was used then it would have a UPC sticker on the back over the barcode. If it didn't have the sticker then it wasn't repacked as stores don't have a way to Y seal the games without sending it to the refurb center.

what about the online pass code the same with that code?

The online pass code IS the code for Karkand also.

Basically the LE versions gave an online pass code that also was the code for the Karkand pack (as it wasn't out yet). Anyone that entered the online pass code for an LE version would get to download the Karkand for free. They were tied together

Good to hear. I thought EA was blowing smoke when I heard their explanation.
