Are you saying both the Online Pass code and dlc code is missing? Honestly your best bet is to contact EA for these kind of stuff. Just tell them and supply a picture or scan of your receipt and they should be able to send you a code. The chance of Best Buy being able to do anything is very slim. These sort of things fall under EA.

thats what i did, i first go to ea support and they told me that i have to talk with the people of where i get the game

Did they? That's weird. Honestly I say try contacting them again. You might of got somebody who just didn't want to cooperate. This kind of issue falls under EA and they can generate codes for you. I just got a code from a different EA game not too long ago. It's gonna be your best bet cause LE version of Battlefield 3 may be hard for Best Buy to obtain and get a code.

ok, thanks for the help i will try to contact EA again.

Haha I wouldn't really call it "help", but yeah. It's the only thing I can suggest cause Best Buy may not be able to help you and probably tell you to contact EA. I do hope you're succesful in obtaining it though.

Thanks for pointing Linux96 in the right direction, Bumcats!
Linux96 - If your game was purchased new and sealed when you got it, it should have had a working Online Pass code for you to use and, since EA manages those codes, contacting them for support is your best bet.
