A few weeks back I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition for God of War. It's set for an in-store pick up, the initial pre-order payment went through and it is still in the Processing state within my Orders. However, life happened and now things are a tad complicated. At the moment, I do not have enough funds on the card that is linked to the purchase and my next deposit isn't until the Friday morning of release.
How do online orders work if Best Buy is not able to claim pay for a pre-order as it gets closer to release? Should I just cancel and hope I can put down $5 in-store, or is there a grace period? Here's to hoping for the latter, since I really want that statue. Cheers!

Good afternoon thatSTERLINguy,
Congrats on pre-ordering God of War! With a collector's edition pre-ordered, I'm sure you're eager to ensure its security after your financial situation changed. I'm glad you've reached out ahead of time to look at what options we may have!
Should we be unable to authorize or charge a provided form of payment such as a credit or debit card, you may have a short period of time to update your payment method via BestBuy.com before your order is cancelled. To avoid any complications though, you may wish to cancel and replace your pre-order with your preferred method of payment as it still appears to be available.
If you prefer not to cancel your pre-order, you may wish to contact our phone support at 1-888-237-8289 to update your payment method on your existing pre-order, as we're unable to take credit card information through the forum. When your payment method is updated, please know you will encounter an authorization on your new card, and your order is likely to be reprocessed through some security measures.
I hope this helps! If you should have any questions, please let me know!
