No PC App Window

I pre-purchased Guild Wars 2 and downloaded and installed the app. Now I see the program running in my toolbar but when I click it I get kind of a ghost window maximizing and minimizing but can't actually see the application. It is running but I just can't get to it. When I click tab and enter with the app active it opens various pages in my browser so clearly something is running but it is completely invisible to me. Anyone else having this issue or have a solution? I'm on Windows 7.

Nobody else? I really don't want to try and reinstall windows if this is not an isolated issue. If you have the same problem (icon on desktop, running in toolbar) but can't see the application window please let me know. If you have a fix even better :smileyhappy: Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum!

I'm sorry about this issue you have been having with the app; to be honest, this is a new one for me. I would love to try and fix this for you, but I need some more information about what specifically is happening. The app itself is not working, or have you not been able to see your download? Have you been able to download the game at all? Have you tried reinstalling the app?
