No EVE code on receipt

My receipt reflects a Free EVE purchased, instructions on how to use and activate the code, but rather ridiciously there is no code! I have googled and seen images of where and what the code is supposed to look like, and it is suppoed to be right under neath the instructions on how to claim it, but I just have dotted lines there.

Same exact problem here. I had the receipt emailed to me from the store where I made the purchase. Have no clue where the redemption code is.

It looks like its an error in the Best Buy system. Call them (either your store or customer service) and they will "escalate it to corporate". Waiting for my response from corporate.

So after it was "escalated to corporate", I was sent an email containing the code.

I believe best buy has a problem printing codes to the receipt, and for now, you just have to ask them for your code.
