My receipt reflects a Free EVE purchased, instructions on how to use and activate the code, but rather ridiciously there is no code! I have googled and seen images of where and what the code is supposed to look like, and it is suppoed to be right under neath the instructions on how to claim it, but I just have dotted lines there.

It looks like its an error in the Best Buy system. Call them (either your store or customer service) and they will "escalate it to corporate". Waiting for my response from corporate.
