I recently made and online order to pick up at a Best Buy store, and all my items were fine except a $20 Nintendo eshop card. If you don't know, the Nintendo eshop is their equivilant to the app store. Anyway when I type the code into the "redeem code" section of the eshop, it gave me an error notice. I had 2 other codes that worked, but this one asked me to restart the eshop, and try again, which I did atleast 4 times. I'm assumiing that the code is glitched, or the card was never activated, which would be weird as I made the cashier check that he activated it. I can porvide video proof if you need to show you im not scamming you just to get another $20. I have also already checked, and the error message is different from the one I get from trying to load a card thats already been used. Is there any way I can get a new card?

Welcome to the forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble redeeming your e-shop card, and will be happy to advise on what to do to get it resolved.
Normally when there’s an activation issue with game cards purchased and shipped from BestBuy.com we’re able to remotely fix the issue and get the card activated. However in this case since the card was manually processed at one of our stores our ability here on the forums to assist is quite limited. As a result your best option is to return to the store with the card and your receipt in-hand, where our associates should be able to assist in addressing the issue.
