Is the power brick rating a 150W?

 

If it is a 150W and the factory date is after Oct 2008 then it should be a jasper model.

 

I am still seeing a ton of Falcon models in stores.

Yes, they are all falcon or may be even older. I also bought an Elite recently and had to return it back after discovering it as Falcon even while the manufacture date suggests September 2008. Power brick was 204w something. It was running hot with noises. No Jasper in Elite or Pro.
