Need help cancelling order

I ordered Digimon World Next Order for PS4. It was supposed to arrive today. It's still showing in stock on the website. Today I got an email telling me it will be delayed until APRIL 6! The email says I can cancel the order if I don't want to wait, but on my account order status it still stays Preparing and Cancel Order is greyed out. Also, the price was 47.99 with GCU and Amazon now has it for 44.99. I want to order from Amazon and I'll have it in two days at $3 less, rather than waiting until next month.

Last night I got another email saying my game has shipped. I don't understand why one email would say it's delayed until April, then another would follow saying it's already shipped, but as I just want the game, I'm happy it's shipped.
