After pre-ordering the CE several weeks ago i recived an email to call a 1-800 number. After calling this number and dealing with your customer "service" i was told that the order was going to be cancelled and there was no way to ship it to my home instead of the store. After complaing on your facebook page another of your customer "service" contacted me and told me the CE was available to be shipped to my home. After replying to them I did not recieve another email untill today saying that my order had been canceled. If I had know how awful your buisness partices were before hand i would have pre-ordered elsewhere.I will be contacting my state attorney's office.

Thanks for posting on the forums and I believe that we have also been speaking over email about the issue you were having with the pre-order for Diablo 3. I didn’t know up until now that the order had been cancelled and I am so sorry that this occurred.
I am looking into this and seeing what had happened with the order. When I have more information, I will be sending you a private message. To check your messages, you must be logged into the forums and click the envelope icon in the top right corner.

I feel your pain. They cancelled 3 of my orders. A total of 4 collector's edtions...........................................
