I ordered game to download with the pc app. The game showed up in the downloads and I started to download it. It didn't move from 0% for a long time so I closed pc app and restarted it. The game is now not on the list of games. I called the number and talked to someone that had me try a few things. One was to go in a  file and erase the game name from there. Nothing worked. So I was told they had to send it up to someone else and it would take 7 to 10 days. That was 14 days ago so I called again today and was asked to do same things as last time. If it didn't work the first time how would it work the next? After a few transfers to new people that didn't have any idea how to help I was told to take it to a store maybe they can help. So what now? call my cc and fight the charge I guess.

Have you tried uninstalling and re installing the pc app?

I had not tried that. I uninstalled the pc app and reinstalled it. The game is not there.
