Missing Downloadable Content - Dance Central 2 Promotion

Hi there! 

 

I bought Dance Central 2 for Kinect Xbox 360 a few days ago (online), and I was told i'd receieve an email upon confirmation of shipping, containing my code. 

I have yet to receive the code.

Bought Dance Central 2 but I didn't get promotional DLC

I bought Dance Cental 2 for Xbox 360 Kinect last week, online. 

I was told that with my purchase, I would receive DLC to unlock a song a month earlier than release.

 

A few of my friends have already gotten this song, but my code seems to be missing .

 

 

I have my order number, and all.

Was wondering if I could maybe get a duplicate of that code sent to me?

I apologize for the delayed response.  It looks like you were able to get a hold of someone at our call center who has dispatched as case for someone to research your code situation so that's good.  They should be getting back to you shortly with the information you've requested but, if for some reason you don't hear from them, feel free to send us the following information via private message to our Gaming-BBY inbox:


Message Subject: Game Title & Platform
Message Body: Include...
• Proof of purchase (Customer Service PIN from in-store receipt or BestBuy.com order #)
• Email address (the one at which you’ve been watching for the code)

We will then be able to investigate why you may not have received your code or why the one you received did not work and get back to you as quickly as possible.
