So I followed the instructions there and sent that last night but it seems I shouldn't have done that.
I pre-ordered a game and the digital e-guide online Monday night. The game came in the mail today but I have yet to get a code for the e-guide. I did get a blank email from BB titled privacy but never got anything with a code for the e-guide.
I don't know what information I should post here, if any, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am sorry that your initial request did not get a response. While not technically a game, this code request should have been responded to in similar fashion, especially since you provided all needed information.
