Can someone from BB please give us an update so we don't all get into angry customer service situations with the store reps and then the phone reps we'll inevitably call afterwards if there is no steelbook with our preorder?

I have been informed that the manual update to orders was completed late last week. If you were one of the customers who pre-ordered prior to the offer going live it should be on your order at this time.
