Proof of purchase (Customer Service PIN from in-store receipt or BestBuy.com order #)
Email address (the one at which you’ve been watching for the code)
We will then be able to investigate your situation and get back to you as quickly as possible. Please note that any unsolicited private messages sent to Moderators for this issue will be ignored in an effort to assist everyone promptly and in the proper order.
Also, those of you who are to receive the preorder RZ Gamers Club e-gift card should check out Mike's FAQ and it will most likely answer your questions.
Some of you may have received your code via email already, and that's great to hear! It looks like given the steady inflow of requests, we are about 2 days behind. Please keep in mind that we have a small group of us that look at each request individually, and because of the volume, turnaround times are looking to be about 2-3 business days. I know some of you were hoping to receive a response from Gaming-BBY within hours, but as noted, it's primarily those of us that moderate the Gaming board and we only have so much (wo)man power in a given day.
We will try to get to as many of you as possible today, especially because the weekend is coming up. A reminder to please send your request to Gaming-BBY as all other messages to moderators will be ignored. Please also include all the requested information, and try and refrain from sending multiple requests. We want to respond to everyone as quickly as possible in the order they are received.

Hello, I have had the same problem with receiving my pre-order code for Mass Effect 3, the only additional problem is that the code is not on my receipt. I had went in to my best buy and picked up my pre-order of Mass Effect 3 and had given the clerk my receipt. I had received another receipt and there was no code to redeem any in game bonuses. I'm sorry for my inconvience but it has been 3 days since my purchase. I hope you are able to help!

I got my code this morning. I'm happy the issue was resolved, but I'm sort of ambivilant about it considering i finished the game last night.
